Stephanie Jane Hahn is an employment law attorney practicing in Indiana. Her practice is primarily dedicated to the compassionate representation of employees who are victims of discrimination based on gender, race, disability, age and religious affiliation. Ms. Hahn represents employees in respect to other legal matters impacting their employment as well, including sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, hostile work environment, violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), wrongful termination, retaliation, claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), in addition to wage and hour violations under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Ms. Hahn received her Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University. While attending law school, she was part of the school's moot court team and competed nationally on behalf of the law school and the moot court team in the Civil Rights Moot Court Competition in 1995. She was admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana and before the Northern and Southern District Courts of Indiana in 1995. The following year, she was admitted to appear before the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Hahn is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and currently serves as a member of the Executive Board of the Employment and Labor Law Council. Widely respected by her peers, she is a frequent lecturer on a wide array of employment law topics at seminars and workshops for attorneys and other professionals.

With nearly 20 years of employment law experience and an established record of dedication to her clients in the state of Indiana, Ms. Hahn has represented clients in federal and state courts as well as before administrative bodies and commissions, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Her experience includes the negotiation and drafting of employment contracts, severance agreements, and nondisclosure and noncompete covenants and agreements. In addition, she has trained unionized employees, including employees of an international Fortune 500 company, on matters relating to employment discrimination, retaliation and their rights under various state and federal employment laws. Her wide-ranging experience makes her a compelling figure both in and out of the courtroom and is a testament of her dedication to her clients
